The school’s founder Dr. Sweta Adatia is a renowned Neurologist and a fanatic career design enthusiast.

 

She is multi-talented and has an MBBS, MD, DNB (Neurology), FACP, MBA(Cambridge), BA(Music) &  Neurofeedback certifications 

 

She is inspired by her own experience of finding ‘her’ and developing ‘her brain’s strengths’.Her own career trajectory from being a gold medalist ( over 13 medals) in MD Medicine to an MBA from Cambridge with a scholarship is a testimony to her understanding of the brain's strengths and opportunities.  

 

In her words- “My passion for self-discovery led me to pivot to the best careers in my life. I have explored more than 72 psychometric tools and ways to understand myself. I have left no stone unturned to identify my strengths and opportunities where I can flawlessly excel.

 

The Neuroscience based process allows a deep-seated inquiry into the brain's powers so that adequate upskilling is planned by the stakeholders toward the best career choices well in advance.

 

The pyramid of career design encompassing Mybraindesign and life-design blueprints is designed to allow children to understand the best career choices and upskilling needs early on in high school. ”
